Oxford Investment Consultants Rebrands as OTIF Ventures

Over the past decade, Oxford Investment Consultants has built a strong track record, including two successful exits in Oxitec and OrganOx. As a predominantly EIS-focused investor, we have developed deep expertise in sourcing and supporting high-potential early-stage companies emerging from leading UK universities.

Through a disciplined investment mandate, our portfolio has consistently outperformed UK benchmarks on TVPI since our earliest vintages. This performance reflects both the quality of our opportunities and our ability to access and support businesses at critical stages of growth. With several portfolio companies now approaching significant value inflection points, we believe this momentum is set to continue.

Our strong EIS heritage remains central to our strategy, offering investors access to a range of well-established benefits, including income tax relief, capital gains tax exemption on returns and inheritance tax relief after 2 years.

This rebrand marks an exciting new chapter for the business as we enter what we expect to be one of our strongest years since founding in 2015.
